We have two main methods of collection for Serie A tickets (although there may be exceptions): your tickets will either be delivered to your hotel (that needs to have a reception) or be forwarded to you as e-tickets via email.  Regardless of the method, your tickets will be delivered at the very latest a the day before the match for your convenience. As we do not validate the hotel information you give us , it is very important that all the information you provide us is 100% accurate. The destination of your tickets is dependent on the information you provide us, we nor our agent in Italy crosscheck the information you send us!
