Yes the price you pay includes the club's booking fee, our local agent's, and ours, as well as the cost to ship the tickets to your accommodation in Italy (where applicable). The agents we use are official and authorized agents for the Serie A clubs.
Please, note that there may or may not be a difference between the price you paid on our site and the price printed on your football tickets; this is partly due to the aforementioned booking fees, but mostly because the prices printed on the tickets are reduced prices offered to our agents, as they buy thousands of tickets each year. The same prices are to be found on tickets provided to season-pass holders.
