Each product has its own rules. Most offer one of the following:

  • Free date changes (1–7 days before your visit, depending on the product)

  • Free cancellation (1–7 days before your visit, depending on the product)

  • Cancellation with a fee (1–7 days before your visit, depending on the product)

Some products—especially sports and dinner events—cannot be changed or cancelled.


We always do our best to assist you if you need to change or cancel an order – just contact our Customer Service team.


We offer cancellation protection if an accident occurs or if someone in your party becomes too ill to travel. Cancellation protection can be added during checkout. Please read our terms and conditions for the full details. And feel free to contact our customer service if you have any questions.
