Each product page contains specific information regarding ticket collection. In some cases, a voucher is issued; in others, e-tickets are sent. Either way, the process is always simple and as eco-friendly as possible. The voucher or e-tickets will be included in the confirmation email that you receive after your purchase is completed. Both vouchers and e-tickets contain all the information that you’ll need. Should you not receive your booking confirmation within the hour, please let us know, and we will send you a new copy.
