You must print the reservation confirmation we send to you by e-mail and present a copy to our ticket agent in central London, who will exchange the reservation confirmation for your tickets to the match. Our agent is open from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Sunday. Their address, phone number, and any other details will be included on your reservation confirmation.
If you purchased tickets to ARSENAL, QPR or CHELSEA, please note: we use multiple agents for these three clubs. Depending on the agent linked to the match you book, you should EITHER (1) collect the tickets at our agent in London , (2) collect them at the stadium or 3), collect them at Thistle Marble Arch Hotel in London. Your voucher/e-ticket will clearly indicate which collection point applies. This information will be sent to you no later than 7 days before the match date, but often immediately after you have completed your booking.
